seated child sculpture

"Seated child is a hand-bilt clay scupture fired to a high temperature and then finished in a special bronze-tone finish using a special technique created by the artist. Offered for the first time at the special price of only $250.

This sculpture, like the others, was created in clay, fired and finished with a bronze patina. I call her "seated nude."

5x7 oil on board: a different snow scene

This painting is an 8x10 pastel on mitients paper; Paintings created "en plein air" (outdoors in front of the subject), have brighter colors and often more contrast between light and dark. I like the pastel look of this one.

This is an 18x24 pastel on Canson Mi tients paper. It has been selected for a show at the Forsyth Museum in Austin, Texas which will take place in June. It is entitled, "A path in the Woods."
